Alexandria Ransom is an estate planning attorney at Simmons Perrine PLC and a key member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Private Wealth practice group. She works closely with individuals and families to develop tailored strategies for preserving wealth, minimizing tax exposure, and ensuring that personal wishes are clearly and effectively carried out.
Alexandria advises clients on gift and estate tax planning, succession planning for family businesses, and charitable giving. Her work includes drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and estate and gift tax returns. She is known for her thoughtful approach and ability to guide clients through complex planning decisions.
Recognized for her excellence in the field, Alexandria has been named to Best Lawyers for Trusts and Estates and selected as a Rising Star in Estate and Probate Law by Great Plains Super Lawyers.
Alexandria earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University and her J.D. with High Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2017. She joined the firm the same year.
