The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Iowa Chapter annual Corporate Counsel Forum is scheduled for Friday, May 30, 2025 at Drake Law School in Des Moines. Attorney Sam Gray will be presenting, “DExit and State Competition for Corporations.”
