Kyle Wilcox helps individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries navigate complex estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax matters. Since 2007, he has advised clients on preserving wealth, transferring assets efficiently, and developing estate plans that align with their personal, family, and business objectives.

Kyle’s practice includes sophisticated estate, gift, and income tax planning, trust and estate administration, probate matters, business succession planning, and fiduciary income tax compliance. He regularly counsels clients on strategies to minimize tax consequences, protect family assets, and create lasting plans for future generations.

Known for translating complex legal and tax concepts into practical guidance, Kyle works closely with families, trustees, executors, and business owners to address both immediate needs and long-term planning goals. He also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.
