Michael McDonough is a respected trial attorney with Simmons Perrine PLC, known for his broad litigation experience in both federal and state courts across nearly two dozen states. His practice encompasses commercial and personal injury litigation, insurance law and coverage disputes, and a wide range of complex trial matters including insurance agent errors and omissions, motor carrier defense, construction claims, business torts, and fair competition issues.
Michael’s work also spans transactional and contract disputes, secured transactions and equipment leasing, medical malpractice, and securities arbitration before the NASD. Prior to joining Moyer & Bergman in 1985, he practiced law in Lincoln, Nebraska.
