We represent and counsel clients in a broad range of traditional labor law matters and industrial relations covered by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). This experience includes collective bargaining, strike preparations, union campaigns and elections, unfair labor practices, plant closures and mass layoffs. Our attorneys also represent municipalities, governmental agencies and entities governed by state or local laws. We advise our clients on the other issues that can affect public sector employers, including project labor agreements, constitutional due process protections, First Amendment issues and whistleblower laws.

Our attorneys are retained by a number of workers’ compensation carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers to defend claims brought before the Iowa Workers’ Compensation Commissioner.
