- Michael J. Neuerburg — Litigation
Michael has a broad range of litigation experience in federal and state courts and in multiple areas of law, including labor and employment, business and commercial litigation, construction, insurance defense and coverage, probate, personal injury, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He enjoys trying cases but seeks creative opportunities to narrow or resolve disputes before trial in the interests of his clients. Michael earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
- Stephen B. Larson — Real Estate & Business Transactions
Stephen’s practice spans real estate law, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, including complex commercial matters and multi-state closings. His recent recognitions include Great Plains Super Lawyers—Rising Stars (2022–2025) and Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch.” Stephen earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
- Joseph J. Porter — Litigation
Joseph practices in business and commercial litigation, banking and finance, bankruptcy, and real estate law. A graduate with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, Joseph also holds an M.A. in Philosophy from Georgia State University and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Iowa State University. He was included in Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch (2025-2026).
