At the invitation-only institute, Hektoen will present a session titled “What Happens After the Breakup? Leftover Lease Restrictions,” addressing complex issues that arise when commercial property interests unwind.
The ACLI brings together experienced commercial real estate lawyers from across the United States and Canada for in-depth discussions on emerging legal issues and advanced leasing topics. Hektoen is a speaker at ACLI and serves as a board member.
