Simmons Perrine is pleased to announce that attorney Christopher K. Loftus has been invited to join the firm’s Board of Directors. In this role, Chris will help guide firm strategy and governance alongside current board members Brian Fagan, Tom DeBoom, Christine Conover, and Kyle Wilcox.
Chris practices in banking litigation where he represents lenders and commercial creditors in a wide range of litigation matters. Before joining Simmons Perrine in 2013, Chris served as Associate General Counsel for the Minnesota Credit Union Network. He also practiced with a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm, representing clients across Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska in all stages of creditors’ rights litigation.
