Max Hall is a litigation attorney who brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to resolving complex legal issues. Before joining Simmons Perrine PLC, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thad J. Collins, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa, where she gained valuable insight into federal court proceedings, judicial decision-making, and a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.
A native of Iowa and now a resident of Cedar Rapids, Max earned her undergraduate degrees in Linguistics and Philosophy from Iowa State University before pursuing her legal education. Her strong foundation in language, logic, and critical thinking allows her to approach legal matters with a practical perspective.
