He guides clients through various stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and closing matters.
Real Estate Law. John assists businesses, developers, investors, and property owners with a wide range of commercial real estate matters. His practice includes the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial properties, as well as conducting due diligence reviews and guiding clients through complex real estate transactions.
Before joining Simmons Perrine, John gained valuable in-house legal experience with two Las Vegas-based companies, including serving as corporate counsel for a luxury resort and gaming company. He also practiced with law firms in California, where he represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, and other commercial matters. Throughout his career, John has advised businesses ranging from emerging companies to large national organizations.
